Coventry Commons is an affordable housing project which includes 170 multi-family apartment homes. These one- and two-bedroom apartments feature modern finishes such as designer laminate flooring, plus amenities like plush carpeting, stackable washer/dryer hookups, and fully-equipped kitchens with self-cleaning ovens and ice makers. The project employes green building techniques that reduce utility costs for residents.
Conceived as part of an effort to revitalize the neighborhood in which it is situated, Coventry Commons is situated in close proximity to area shopping, dining and major businesses. The development includes two fully-equipped playgrounds and an onsite resident business center with a computer lab.
