Riverport Landings is an Intergenerational Community that provides a total of 412 affordable housing units to the revitalized St. Dennis neighborhood in Louisville, Ky. The campus is split into three parts, one of which is the Riverport Family Scholar House, which features an Academic Service Center and serves the single parent families and youth aging out of foster care who are pursuing an education. Like all of our Scholar House properties, Riverport offers residents a stable living environment while providing essential life knowledge in vital areas like health, parenting, financial management, job-seeking and work skills, supported by onsite staff.
