Every project we work on is a little different. We’ve turned an empty, rusty warehouse into a graduate school for the University of Louisville, a historic textile mill into a stylish set of apartments, and a vacant piece of land in Southwest Louisville into an intergenerational community, providing affordable housing to young families, seniors, and everyone in-between. Ultimately, our first thought with every project we consider is how will we make a positive impact on the people we serve, the neighborhoods in which we work, and the larger community.
